Let Them Eat Fashion

The incredible Ms. Cynthia of ASC PR called when she needed to “Glam Up” a launch party thrown by Jan Gandhi and Nancy Sahota, the two inspiring entrepreneurs behind Canada’s first luxury brand, flash sale website, “The Peacock Parade.”  The theme landed on “Let Them Eat Fashion” so we designed and created a sixteen foot dessert table with linens and tufted love seat from Susan Murray International and incredible pastry delights made by the Thompson Kitchen.  We sourced cut crystal bowls, mismatched china tea cup sets and antique champagne buckets to be home to fruits, custards, cookies and perfectly pink floral arrangements with peacock feather accents.  We also cast the models who held our custom-made, peacock feathered Opera masks.  The forecasted thunderstorm was a thankful no-show, meaning the weather and view were perfect for the poolside rooftop venue of the Thompson Hotel.  Thanks to Chad McNamara, Thomas Duplessie and Stephanie Ramphos for assisting, Jenn Mote and Allison McCaughey for modelling and most especially to Cynthia and everyone at ASC for letting us play with you again at The Thompson.  Life is Parade!
